RECRUITMENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Bambooship is on a mission to enrich the village in Vietnam by offering e-commerce delivery solutions in rural areas beside big cities. We would like to improve social communities in rural by shorten gap in e-commerce between urban and rural. We are start-up company with young generation! We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry. We are looking for driven individuals to join our team. 

You will be responsible for the functions listed below: 

Roles and Responsibilities:

SALES PLANNING

  •  Planning, set goals and target for Commercial dept in Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly accordingly to the strategy of company.
  • Analyst market insights and propose the business development to CEO.
  • Build the strategy to approach customer segment using domestic express.

SALES PROSPECTING

  • Lead Generation through market research.
  •  Approach prospective corporate clients (e.g. Enterprise/ Company/Shop/ Ecommerce Sellers)
  • Arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients.
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

SALES PERFORMANCE

  • Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; profit and service improvement.
  • Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications with key client.
  • Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights.
  • Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations and financial goals of the department.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales and operations, preferably from the domestic express logistics/ Ecommerce industry.
  • Must be goal driven and results oriented as portion of salary will be commission based.
  • – Outgoing and persuasive personality.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sales.
  • Strong existing working relationships with clients.
